EP services in Mexico City?

My sister in law is going to Mexico City to scout the opening of a new store for her luxury good company. Her company is hiring securtiy for her and the owner. Anyone have recommended firms or ones to stay away from?

Why not hire a 3rd party to do the scouting? With technology today I can't image a reason why I would go down to Mexico City just to scout retail space.

Poor word selection on my behalf. They are doing final site selection and interviewing staff. She isn't quite sure how securtiy is being handled, but from further discussion thinks they have already secured someone. Given her market I'm sure it was expensive, just not sure if it was quality.
