Rail-mounted camera

I'm looking for a rail-mounted camcorder under $200 that I'd like to mount on my AR.

I did some research and it looks like I found this:

Price is ok, and it seems to have decent reviews, but I seemed to come across a very similar product on Amazon:

Is the Pacific ATC2 worth $80 more for just a rail-mount?
