Got this in a bag sale ($75 for a duffel bag full of gear), and have no clue what it is for. The bigger "male" velcro rectangles end up facing inward, and the strap with velcro on it adjusts the length of the pouch(?).

I'm sure someone has the answer... Thanks.

Radio pouch makes sense with the open side and all... i feel like i've seen one before, i just can't remember where.

The first pic made me think it was a Tac Vest "expander"...you know, in case it stopped fitting around one's chest!:lol:
