Honestly, Im sure that guy posted this as a joke to mess with people.

I used to go on ClubSI.com [Honda Civic forum] and tell them all how upset I was that my Civic with a cold air intake and an Eibach springs [which I never had] lost to a riding lawn mower and then ask them if changing my muffler bearings would give me enough HP to beat the Dixie Chopper. Its just stupid fun.
