When you get right down to it, the gauze bandage has really not changed that much in the last hundred years or so. It has been made in various sizes, a self-adhesive strip was added, it comes in a sterile package, and recently it has been impregnated with blood clotting agents. But all-in-all, the advancement of the gauze dressing has fallen well short of keeping up with other medical advances. That is, until now.
The Warrior Wound Kit features the revolutionary bandage technology from Procellera(tm) Wound Care, this bandage uses Prosit(tm) Technology to make a “bio-electric bandage” - it is the first, totally self contained, conformable, cut-to-fit, electrically active wound dressing in the world. The Procellera bandage is a sterile, single layer dressing consisting of a proprietary blend of elements that are held in position on the polyester bandage.
