I recently had a Raven Concealment Phantom develop a split at the top of the holster near the belt loop.(truthfully it's my fault since I've fallen on it and done Lord knows what else it didn't deserve)
I snapped a pic with my I-phone and sent it to raven with a simple single sentence asking if there was any type of warranty?
Within minutes I received emails from Tom and Jay letting me know a new holster is en rout.
Two days later I not only have a new holster but it's improved. It now sports a product improved thicker material all around. BONUS!
Guy's, this is what customer service is all about, Shit happens and they rolled over it with a Mack truck!
