Phantom 5.56mm Comp/Brakes without sharp points

Phantom 5.56mm Comp/Brake has anybody tried one of them yet ? feedback please thxs ......

I have the 5M2 which is the brake(not flash hider) without the dumb points.

Compared to the birdcage, it does a great job at reducing recoil, but makes the rifle noticeably louder--especially indoors or for people shooting next to you. Not so bad from the shooters position though. Also, it is too long and heavy. It has lots of unnecessary material on the end of it because you still get all of the metal from where the spikes would be machined out (on the spikey version) so you get lots of useless metal on the end of it making it long and heavy. Overall, it isn't top shelf, but it works well as a brake. I want to try a FSC556 on my next rifle, but that isn't going to be for a while.

it was mounted on the upper i just got - testing comes Saturday ...will feedback on this thing!
