Pa CCW ?

Riding my scoot through Pa today, returning to Md I caught the tale end of the news and someone in PA legislative is beating the drums for some change to Pa's CCW laws.

Didn't really hear enough to understand what he is requesting, any ideas?

They want to cut reciprocity so residents that are not given permits in Philly cant get an out of state FL license to carry.

For those of us living in the socialist state of Md, Pa is one of the border states we can "legally" carry. How do you see it progressing?

Dang, we need Francis Lazarro "Frank" Rizzo, Sr. back. For those of you are too young, he was a product of the LEOs in the 40's, rose to commissioner and then mayor of Phila for 8 years!
