prs stock for LR308?

Does the DMPS 308 require the "308" model.? I ask since I thought the "regular" A2 stock from the 223 rifles fit the 308. Can someone confirm which model I would need and maybe even a suggestion on a good price for coyote or dark earth one? Thanks

If you want to extend the cheek rest, you need the .308 model to clear the charging handle. If you never intend to use the cheek rest adjustment, then the AR15 version will be fine. Both will physically fit on the receiver extension (rifle length).
