I used to look forward to Ken's articles in American Handgunner. Sadly he has not written for them in some time.

Ken Hackathorn was Col. Jeff Cooper's first AI, he's been training a loooong time and has done a lot with some very special units through the years.

A quick google search will provide a huge amount of information, as well as searching this site.

He is by far one of the world's foremost authorities on small arms and their deployment.

Thanks for posting that article. I agree with his great points completely. On a personal note, if I go more than a week without handling or dry firing my Glocks (my CCW/HD and competition platform of choice), like when I am traveling or on vacation, I start to feel that something is missing. Once I do a little touchup on my presentation, trigger control, reload and transitions I feel much better, what can I say...I love to shoot :laugh:.
