anybody knows of the fn barrels -m-16 -20'' barrels

whats the story on the fn made m-16 barrels ,if this is rehash ,sorry . heard many stories on them like stolen to rejects/scarp ,any truth of this ?

For the most part, I believe they are take-offs (and replacement barrels) from M16A2 and A3 or A4s being converted to M4s. They may be used, but they most likely were not rejects or stolen.

FN barrels are clearly marked as FN. If they are not marked in the front, they are not FN. On the other hand, they are just standard chrome lined GI barrels.
