Hello,

The SERPA for a Glock 26/27 will fit all the other 9/40 glocks, the larger slide length will extend past the body a little although it is completely usable.

Does anyone know if a SERPA for a M&P9c will do the same with a 4.25" M&P9? If it will work and just the muzzle will stick out a bit?

Yes it works. I've got one SERPA and my compact, full size, and pro all work in it.

Be careful with some holster designs as the Pro and 9L slides are slightly thinner at the top.
