Guys:
Looking a for a drop in quad rail that will replace the stock handgaurd on my RR M4 with out breaking the bank. I am looking for some thing that I can get so I can mount a 2 point sling on mine and possibly at flash light/vertical grip later. Mine has the standard parade sling attachments with no side attachment. Since I have a fold down front site this style makes more difficult. Any recomendations on a manf. and type. Also I have read some qual rails have the wholes on them for attaching sling swivels on them. If there is one like this it would be a bonus.

Comments.

Troy and DD both have good DI rails. I only have experience with the Troy Rail but I have heard good things about the Daniel Defense one.

I think Daniel Defense makes some of the best rails out there. Also, their Omega Rail is a drop in and also a free float rail. It is a VERY popular system. It has integral limited travel QD attachment points on the 3 & 9 0' clock positions. I don't know if anyone else makes a drop that free floats the barrel. You can find great deals on them here in our equipment exchange as well as others.

I love my Knights Armament Co. RAS. Not only are they drop in, but they are rock solid. And you can usually find an entire kit on eBay for around $100-$200.
