I found a used bushmaster m4a3 flattop upper for sale. It has about 2000 rounds through it. Chrome lined, 16" profile with M204 cutouts. Has the complete BCG and carrying handle. Comes with a carbine length NCStar quad rail and forward grip.

Asking price is $500. I know its not a BCM or a Daniel Defense but the price seems good. What do you all think? At 2000 rounds, it should still have some life to it being chrome lined? I wish I could test fire it before buying but I don't think thats a possibility. Any imput would be appreciated!

I would not pay more than $300 for that.
For comparison's sake, you can get a used BCM, LMT, or DD (or similar) with a decent rail and a decent BCG off the Equipment Exchange for $100 to $200 more than the POS you are looking at.

Someone is selling a Noveske w/ 750 rds and a DD Lite barrel for $800 on here too.

$500 for a 2000 round count Bushmaster?

You can get a complete NEW Stag upper from a lot of places online for 500, so I bet you can get a Bushmaster new for around the same price.

G&R Tactical has BCM uppers for 385, then you would need a Bolt carrier and handguards, but it will be much better than a used bushmaster with a cheap railed handguard.

I wouldn't give over $350 for that and the NCStar rail may even drive the price down to $325 tops
