How far in advance are classes generally planned?

Just curious. How early do you trainer type guys plan your classes out for?

I can only speak for myself, but i have classes booked through May 2008.
I keep holes in the schedule for opportunities that arise, but i doubt that anyone does it on less then a 90 day notice for open enrollment classes.

I am looking at 2008 for my training budget and am considering a drive to South Carolina in probably March for a week to visit in-laws. If I could work in a 3 day SC training class (if anyone is planning one then ;) ) hey, more's the better...
