The New Noveske Shooting Team K-9 barricade support, on the left is the 5.56 (no hook) version and on the right is the 7.62 (hook) version.

Great as a handstop too!

For a demo on how these work, click on 3:00 and watch the video, where The NST shoots through the slotted barricade.

Those are pretty kewl!

Is it legal to take them on and off during a 3 gun match?

Do run one on each side of the handguard?

We leave them on for the whole match. Lots of people were checking them out at the Ozark 3 gun. Saw lots of use for them on a few stages, 7 and 5 come to mind.

Heck yes there was. I could have used a big one at about a 45° angle for stage 4 where we had to try to get support from that big ass tree.

Slammer, I used the K9 at the bunker stage while shooting from the tree as well.

For 556 guns its great, with 762 NATO guns (what I shot at the match) it will dislodge the teeth with every shot, however the k9 still provides a solid anchor before the shot is broke. For 556 guns, the K9 stays put.
