I am picking up a HK USP-C .45 today. Does anyone now how different the diminsions are between the 3 USP compacts? I know the width is the same but the length of the .45 is a bit longer. I saw a Comp-Tac holster for sell elsewhere for cheap but on the picture is just has "usp/c." I am curious if the frames are so similar that it is a one-size-fits-all holster. Thanks.

USP Compact 45 is slightly longer than the Compact 9mm/.40.

I would assume the most leather holsters will take either one. But I haven't bought any holsters for my USP compact 45.

The HK USP 9/.40c's have the exact same dimensions on the frame and slide and will each fit in the same holster if you buy one for a 9c or .40c. The .45c is slightly wider and larger and will need a specific holster for the .45c. I just tried my .45c in a MS SSII for my .40c and it is a bit too long and really snug.
