Can you run it with the rubber pad AND the storage tubes installed?

Also, is it a tad longer than the standard M4?

Yes you can run it with a rubber but pad and I think you might be able to change it with the new style modstock compartments

I think it is a bit longer as well

they're actually about a half inch shorter than the M4.. so with the buttpad, they're almost the same.

It is shorter than M4. emod is longer, imod is same.

6.75" including .25" of buttpad... same as M4 without pad, quarter inch longer with
