Now that is a photo that is un-deniably worth getting pissed about! There is no way in hell that was altered at all by anyone, how in the hell did he get away with that? Riding on the back of a horse with Putin. Where are the gay sex photos? Or do you keep those on your removable hard drive?

Exit signage has nothing to do with ADA requirements.

ADA regs deal with barrier free construction. Though I can see how a window sill would be a barrier to an exit ... LOL Either way, Exit signage is an egress requirement covered in the building code. ADA req's are not part of the building code.

Try to design and build a few commercial structures then you will see how tied into building code enforcement ADA has become.

The window cannot be counted as an egress point in any evacuation plans, as a wheelchair bound person would not be able to use it unassisted.
You cannot consider any opening that a wheelchair bound person cannot use, unassisted, to reach a safe location as an emergency exit. The egress path, on both sides of the opening, must follow ADA guidelines as well, so if it is a ramp it may not be steeper than 1/12 , lack a 5' diameter turning circle at points that direction of the path is changed, or after every 48(might be 60 now, been a while) LF of ramp.

I fought those battles for long enough to know that if you turn in a set of plans that do not take ADA issues into consideration, you will not get the building as drawn open for business. Heck, in my area you cannot even do a commercial remodel valued at over 25% of the structures existing value and not bring it up to ADA specs without getting in trouble.
