October Rifle/Pistol practice session: [B]SEE UPDATE IN LAST POST[/B]

I am looking to get a training group going.

Range would be located in Jarratt, VA. We have steel targets, and up to 400m of range to use. NO GAY RANGE RULES to hinder training.

Time frame would be sometime in October.

This would NOT be a formal class. Just a group of guys getting together shooting some pre-planned drills and offering advice to one another.

170 miles or so.

I've attended one of these events and came away a better shooter because of it. Highly recommended. VMI-MO can shoot as well.

Oh ok. Thanks Littlelebowski. 170ish miles isn't too bad. So distance won't be an issue. With potential car pooling it will be even less of an issue. I'm definately interested. I can learn alot from something like this. I think i will come away a better shooter from it as well.

We met at the Nightfighter course eariler this year (Black suburban parked next to you) My team mate and I are trying to see if we can make it. It looks to be a "fun" day of training. It will be a last minute thing if we can make it. Do you need advance notification or is it a Who shows day?

Weekend of the 23rd MAY be open. Waiting on a co-worker to get me details; developing. Kinda hoping it's assigned, I could use the per diem!

Gents,
Due to some upcoming training, and some other things that have not worked out because of time I am going to have to push back this event.

Expect another warno on this late this month or early next month for another shoot going down in the middle of November.

If I were to go ahead with running this on the 16th it would not be up to par and would not be as good of an experience as it could of been for all those involved.
