what's with the lack of aftermarket parts for benelli supernova?!?!

I have had one for a year or two now and can't find dick for aftermarket parts. are my google skills just weak or what? I wanna find a rail system for the top, round holder on the side and maybe a sling adapter. help

I am stumped myself. I did some snooping around too. You might want to call Benelli U.S.A. and ask them. Are you looking for a single or two point sling set up? As far as the rail/shell holder goes try this.

I may have missed it in the description on their website about their rail/shell holder fitting a supernova but there is a picture of one mounted. Might want to give them a call as well to get a go/no go.

I put the side saddle from mesa tactical on my supernova and it fits and runs great.

For your sling attachments, I run a vicker's two point adjustable. The rear sling attachment in the stock works fine. Any sling attachment that screws into the tube or fits under the cap is good. You can buy one that fits an 870 and use it on your nova. A friend recommended that to me and I've been running it for years with no problems. I think I also used a mag extension for an 870 too. No problems there, either.

I like the supernova more than any 590 (I own one, and have for longer than I've had the nova) and just as much as my two 870's. It's a good gun at a lower price, just hard to find parts. Also, getting Vang Comp to work on it is not happening. Maybe you can pressure them too, like I've been doing!!!

Relatively new and inexpensive (for Benelli) model. May not have caught on in the aftermarket world yet. Too many other makes already cornering the market. Don't know of a lot of entry level SG's that have of heap of aftermarket parts. Look at the Maverick 88 for example.
