...and maybe a very stupid one.

I want to get an M&P9 with thumb safety and was wondering if the thumb safety version has a worse trigger?

The DCAEK kit has the same effect on the thumb safety version as with the other versions?

Thanks in advanced.

It should have the same trigger pull as any of the other 9/40/357 variants as the safety mechanism blocks the sear movement when engaged.

I was recently checking out a new M&P 9 w/thumb safety, at a local gun store, and discovered the trigger was surprisingly nice. Made me wonder if they're using some new parts in the M&P's now.

I have 2 M&P9's with thumb safety's and Apex DCAEK kits in them. For me, these are must have items.
