I work for a municipal LE agency, it amazes me at the amount of people who think they can rely on any form of goverment to help them during the worst possible hours of their life. :eek:

That's a good point, I'm just surprised the local government there took a proactive approach to such an event. Unfortunately it seems as though we live in a reactive society and not till after something significant happens do we plan for it.
