I bought one of those Konus brand reddot sights, the one that retail for $80~100.00 dollars. You know the ones that look like Aimpoint Micro reddots.
Anyway I know they sell these under like 10 diffrent names. It's the same sight SIGARMS sells for there SIG 556, it's the same sight Primary Arms sells and a bunch of others.
I was under the impression they held up ok on real guns like our M4's etc just fine.
Well, I got mine today and the box says it's for "Small bore .22 Caliber".
Ummm...
Thoughts? I wasn't going to spend $500~600+ on a AP Micro reddot for weekend plinking but I don't want to waste $100 dollars if the thing doesn't hold up. I was using a Airsoft replica ACOG and that sucker wouldn't hold zero worth a damn and after a while it stopped adjusting complete, maybe 1000 rounds?
