Link editing question

How do you get your link to appear as a word that you can click on within the body of text of your post? I always notice when others do this and think it makes your post look "clean" and more field expedient for the end reader. I've been messing around with it off and on for awhile but am not able to produce the results I desire. Can anyone walk me through this?

Simplest way is to type a word, then highlight it. Now click the button right above the reply box that looks like a chain-link (it will say Insert Link if you hover the mouse over it but do not click). That will present you with a pop-up box that asks you for the URL - type it or paste it and hit OK.

That's it!

If you're feeling a little more adventurous, you can also just hand-write the code:

[ URL = "http://www.YourLinkHere.com" ]Text Goes Here[ / URL]

(It just needs the spaces removed)
