At boot camp graduation September 24 I gave my son a nice timepiece along with two challenge coins. He really loved these gifts--couldn't stop talking about them--but then he left me speechless and choked up when he gave me a gift in return that trumped mine indescribably--the EGA pin he received after completing the Crucible and earning the title Marine. "I can get another one, Dad . . . but this one is yours." Lump in my throat typing this ten days later.
