Three Marines and a Soldier help a Long Beach Police Sergeant arrest a man after he stabs the Sgt. Several times.

I thought this was a great example of our Marines and Soldiers heroics here at home. Great job guys!

In view of the deadly force the guy used on the cop, I would have given the Marines and soldier a double thumbs up if they had returned the favor to the perp. As it is they still get a thumbs up for doing what is right.

I'm not a Marine but I would have given that perp a civilian ventilation that would have saved tax payers a LOT of money.

It is nice to see four regular guys help out. It is also nice to see how quickly the department recognized the actions of our service men.
