I am about to order one from Aim but I want to know if it is anti rotational or not. If not I might just get the IKH SLAP Plate instead.
ETA: NM. I just read that the swivel sockets on the Troy get in the way of the castle nut wrench when tightening down the castle nut. I will get the slap plate instead.

I picked one up from AIM a month or two back, it does have anti-rotation sockets.
And I don't know where this thing about wrench compatibility came from, I've seen it mentioned a few places. I had no issues installing mine; I simply used an old-fashioned castle nut wrench.
I like it much more than I thought I would!
I read the same thing about the ASAP but had no trouble wiyh the castle nut.
Anyway, I've found the Noveske end plate to work better for me. It's anti-rotational too.

I think the Viking tactics LUSA does. Though its not meant to be mounted like that, its for the rail. Not bad though.
Just picked up the Troy Mount and like it alot.. no mounting issues and it has rotational limiters.... I'm diggin it...
