Does anyone know what the average wait time is on replacements? I ordered mine on July 9th and have yet to hear anything.

4 weeks and still counting. It seems to vary with the color of the body you expect replaced.

Received my order today--7/24. Thanks!

I put my order in on July 6 with five windowed black mags among them, I'm not worried that they haven't been shipped/arrived yet. Magpul is a awesome company who looks out for their customers.

Ordered on July 1st and still waiting. I did order some more mags with the replacements though.

For the black body replacements, it took maybe 10 days for me from when I filled out the form to when I got my 4 new bodies and postal tag to send the old ones back. Roughly July 7th or 8th through the 17 or so.

Still waiting on OD green. I made my order the day the announcement went out and have emailed them several times and called and left messages but still no return email or callback. Just hurry up and wait I guess. I got plenty of other mags so when they get here, they get here.

I placed my order on 07/03 and received the replacement mag bodies (plain black) on the 07/20. I shipped the old ones back to Magpul this morning. I'm happy.

Emailed MagPul yesterday and got a reply saying they mailed mine out...they stated they were a little behind.

Got mine in yesterday, ordered 7/2 but considering the overall amount of mags they are replacing, I think turnaround wasn't bad.

I wouldn't know, my PMags all work great. Although, this would go a long way in explaining why I can't get any more. Everybody seems to want an exchange.

Ordered my replacements on 7/1...and still haven't gotten the new ones. I'm getting antsy too, cause I bought 10 and only 2 of them worked. All the rest had the problem Magpul described in their recall. :(

You guys think I should write them or just be patient for a while longer?

I received mine yesterday. I was surprised that the replacement mag bodies for some of the older Pmags came with new followers too. I guess this did change some time I had just forgotten.

Magpul is top notch in my book!!!

well i dont have dates but mine only took about a week. anyways can anyone tell the difference between the new mags and the old ones? besides the new ones seam shiney? and i agree with earlier poster, magpul's customer service has locked me in as a returning customer.
