This guy has to be one of the most inspirational people I have come across. He just seems like a machine. If you don't know who he is, he's a SEAL who used to be about 280...he got back from Iraq and decided to start running ultras...now he's kicked ass in a number of tough races.

280??? Is he 7'3"? Whenever I see NSW guys, they are usually beasts in the gym-but with very low fat. 280 is pretty big though, even if he was all muscle thats a lot of weight to carry.
