I just started using a KAC 200-600 on a SPR inspired build, and I'm wondering about the 25/300m zeroing method that the sight comes with (zeroing on the Z mark, then transitioning to 3 and using the 200, 300, 400, 500, and 600m for known/estimated ranges when needed) and if I should use it or the 50/200m IBZ. Addtionally, I'm wondering if I can simply zero the sight using the included 25/300m method, then changing over to the 200m setting and "fine tuning" my 200m zero from there for the same effect. Any thoughts, advice, or experience?

No real info but what I did, right or wrong. I'm used to a 50 zero with all of my carbines so that's what I used. I used it with the 200 setting, and just set it dead on at 50. I don't foresee me using the irons to dial in and engage at 400-600 so didn't worry over it.

I typically zero at 50 yards as well, but recently did a build and decided to give the KAC 200-600m micro sights a shot. I am going to zero using the instructions they give, figuring they made the thing. If it doesn't work out how I want, I'll do it again!

You can change over to the 200m to fine tune but it would have to be done at 50 meters not 25.

Why not zero it per the directions and then just adjust the turret so that POA = POI at 50 yds?
