For sale is a like new Noveske N4 Light Recce Basic Upper Receiver with 9” Daniel Defense Omega rail. The upper is in excellent condition and has exactly 200 flawless rounds of Federal XM193 through it. The upper is BAN State Compliant. It was sent to ADCO who shaved off the bayonet lug and permanently attached a Primary Weapon System FSC556 muzzle brake. It is complete so it comes with the Troy BUIS, BCG, charging handle, along with everything from Noveske, including the original box and manual.
