Who installs URXs and can cut barrels?

So i have a like new upper with a carbine URX and a Colt 14.5" permed FH,
I never shoot full length carbines any more and I would like an extra SBR upper. So I am trying to figure out the most cost effective thing to do, sell the Colt and buy a DD light weight 11.5, or cut the Colt.

Anybody know who not only has the capacity to uninstall/install URXs and cut the barrel? I really don't want to have to send it off to one person, have them ship the barrel to another, and send it back for install.

I seem to remember reading in a thread here that ADCO doesn't have the tools to install or remove the URXs. If I can find the link I'll post it.

This is correct, Steve confirmed this last month. They are who permed the FH, and who would cut it if I had to.

Neil from Gun Gallery in Jacksonville just built my friend and I two URX II uppers, my friends was BCM upper and barrel and mine was Daniel Defense upper and barrel, craftsmanship was sick. I'm never going elsewhere
