Well, I finally worked up the courage to go to town on my M&P with the sodering iron and dremel. I smoothed out the triggerguard to frame junction. stippled the frame, stippled under the trigger guard, beveled the mag well, and notched the front of the mag well to facilitate stripping a stuck mag.

Tools Used:
Dremel with fine sanding drum.
Standard Home Depot sodering iron
220 grit sand paper
400 grit sand paper
Painters tape to tape everything off.

Dislaimer: I did not perform the stippling on the Crimson Trace grips. I bought those from another member here who had them done by Ben at Boresight.

All in all I think it turned out pretty good. Definately translates to to a better grip. Sorry but I didn't take any pictures during the process.

Looks good Two Squeeze, just need to add some 10-8 base plates!

That should weld to the hand well.

On a side note, what kind of camera did you use?

Willow-
Yeah they are nice, I just don't know if I could ever justify $20 a pop for a mag base blate when I can get the compact base plates free from S&W.

Canon S90. Best do it all, pocket sized camera that I have found.
