I read a while back that Daniel Defense was in the process of releasing both front and rear folding sights. Any updates or product info? Any eta on when they will be available?

Last I saw them say in another thread was early next year and they will be their own design and not a rebranded troy.

Ive always heard them say they were just gonna keep to the fixed sights because they beleive that it is better to have your back up sights ready to go at all times. Im definately excited to see DD flip up sights though. Being DD you know they will be super high quality!! :D

Another vote for DD Fixed fronts and TROY flip-up rears. I'm curious to see if they come up with a very light version (in the weight range of the KAC units, but with TROY features and pricing).
