Smith/Armorer for rail install on noveske?

I just picked up a noveske n4 recce basic upper. Was planning to leave it alone for a while but magically a larue 9" rail showed up in the mail. I am looking for a armorer/gunsmith to do the install. Preferably one with a short wait time/fast turn around. Thank for any and all advice.

If your in the MD/VA/DC area I would highly recommend Robb at Virginia Arms Co. I just dropped some stuff off to him today (Noveske 16" N4 Reece Basic and Troy 13" TRX Extreme rail).
