The 9mm, .40S&W, .357sig, and .45acp have very similar penetration depths in stacks of paper/books. Paper has a very strong retardant force.

I find it deeply amusing that in all his time spent posting videos, he's never done his shitty, worthless, shooting-stacks-of-paper tests with his beloved .45 or any other "Manly" caliber. If he did, he'd probably be required to acknowledge the reality that most controllable and reliable handguns, by nature, are fairly weaksauce.

We use rifles and/or shotguns when we have the chance for a reason, and it aint because we so enjoy lugging around the extra weight and size...
