Great article IMO.

...
As a teenager back in Hawaii, Obama hung out with a neighborhood friend he calls "Frank" in "Dreams From My Father." "Frank" was Frank Marshall Davis, a highly vocal member of the Communist Party, a rancid racist, a pornographer and child rapist. During college, Obama traveled to Pakistan with a college friend. In those years, the country was ruled by General Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq, a radical Islamist who actually established Shariah rule in the country.

What do these seemingly disconnected events tell us about President Obama?

First, they tell us that he always had -- and still has -- a tremendous love for Islam and radical Muslims.
...
Second, Obama's childhood shows us that he was comfortable with militant homosexuals, black racists and communists/socialists, along with radical Islamists

Hey mods: How about setting up a separate forum category (possibly titled "500grains & Belmont31R Obama-bashing Bullshit") so all the pooh slinging can be minimally contained?

Like a ****in' broken record.

And a forum title for members who freak out like little girls when the truth is posted. I don't know, something along the lines of "Left-wing Nutjob."

It isn't his fault he is supporter and a radical nut job himself. Like everything in his life he blames the Republicans and GW, oh and "the man".

Guys I am a republican, hell I hold an elected position within the party, and I am even getting a little tired of these. The one from a week or two ago edited to make it look like Obama saying he was from Kenya, or this one which is dubious at best.

I have had a number of unsavory people in my life over the years. One guy who I considered a good friend shot his ex wife and killed her BF. Does that mean I support killers or want to be one myself.

Personally I couldn't care less about where he is from or whom he has relations with. I just wish he would take responsibility for his **** ups and then quietly drift into obscurity after he is tossed out in 2012.

There is a relationship between getting tossed in 2012 and those with whom he has relationships (now or in the past). (ie, for some, they might only vote against him because of those relationships and not for 10000 valid other reasons)

Maybe we need a single "Obama is a bonehead" thread where these sorts of things can be posted. Like the AWB and Healthcare threads.

--

A reminder. This is the GD and you don't have to read threads that don't interest you.

just some random thoughts on the matter

So are you saying it's not true or are you simply tired of people showing him for what he is?

I am even getting a little tired of these.

then why open the thread and respond ? just skip it ? thats the nice thing about forums you dont have to go into every thread :)

I try to assume that every thread has potentially good information.
This site traditionally has a low signal to noise ratio so I try to look through everything.

The president is overseas right now. And as slim as the chances are it was possible he actually addressed the issue of Radical Islam in a statement or speech.

I am by no means a fan of President Obama. But these threads are REALLY getting old.
