Has anyone ever seen this? I recently sold a BM upper and one potential buyer was absolutely convinced that because it was not marked "CL" it was not chrome lined. Its my understanding that all BM's are chrome lined (excluding SS barrels).
I tried to explain that it was quite visibly obvious that it was chrome lined but he was stuck in ways thinking that it wasn't.
I emailed BCM and they assured me that my BCM (not marked CL) rifle is chrome lined and that different manufacturers use different markings so "CL" is essentially meaningless. Granted, BM isn't a company whose barrel marks I would trust, I'm just trying to understand this person's line of thinking.
