ammo info needed:

Have a M4 with 1 in 7 twist rate, is this standard ? Also which weight bullet for accuracy would work best in this rifle ? Final 2 questions: one guy told me to stay away from Wolf brand ammo, is there a reason I should ? Also what is the best cheapest ammo I can get ? Thanks for any answers that will enlighten me other than what I've asked. I'm a brand new beginner in the AR15/M4 weapon.

1/7 is the standard military twist rate.
for accuracy try some heavy bullets...69, 75, 77gr.

ETA: as for Wolf ammo...it's dirty as hell and their QC sucks...
