Sabre 410 stainless 1/8 twist have the mid length gas system in 18" but don't think you can get them with a standard FSB. I'm sure ADCO or someone could pin one on if that was what you are after.

FSB isn't really an issue, I was hoping for a rail that have a middy FSB cut out with rail extended in front, but I know DD doesn't make one and can't find anyone else yet ??

Sounds like a lot of work for little pay-off; why not free float with a shaved gas block?

Noveske actually does. They use their midlength rails (11") on their 18" uppers, although the barrel uses an intermediate gas system (regarded as the best gas system you can have on an 18" barrel).

Also, as someone else said, Sabre Defense.

However, unless you want the Noveske, your best bet is to simply choose the barrel and handguard you want and built it yourself. Sabre uses crappy Samson rails and YHM sights and the midlength gas system is over-gassed. You can always run a rifle or intermediate-length gas system with midlength low-profile rails - the glas block will only barely protrude and actually adds somewhat of a high-speed look to the barrel and handguard profile.
