I got my 19 back from Ben today and was able to put 200 rounds through it today...the stippling along with the grip reduction is awesome. I will post a longer review once i ran it through some training sessions.

The grip angle is awesome...its really just like a 1911, that combined with Ben's undercutting of the trigger and reshaping of the grip tang really turned this 19 awesome

list of work done.

Extreme grip reduction
magwell cut outs
texture forward flats (both sides)
texture under trigger guard
remove finger grooves

Congrats. I have a G19 and G17 waiting to go to him as well.

I have never heard a contrary word about his work. That's pretty dang impressive, when you consider it.

Looks great! I bet it also feels just as nice as it looks. Which texture did you go with?

How long did it take you to get it back after sending it off? What was the price. Im very interested in getting this done.

Willowofwisp-
If you wouldn't mind could we get a few close ups of the undercut trigger guard? I've been contemplating this on my 19 and am very curious to see how much material is actually removed. In your opinion does it make that much of a difference in getting a higher grip on the weapon?

Thanks in advance and the pistol looks great!

Please give a detailed review and more pictures if you get the chance. Also, you know you're going to have to let me shoot it...right?

Not Willowfwisp, but I have a 17 done by Ben, and the undercutting absolutely helps me get higher on the gun. Plus, he rounds and smoothes the trigger guard, which makes it feel much nicer. He doesn't remove that much material in that area. There's still plenty left to keep it strong.

Congrats on the 19. I know I shoot my 17 way more than I used to because of Ben's work.

+1 the trigger undercutting and reshaping of the grip tang make a big difference...i shot my 19 and a buddies stock 19c and they felt the same in terms of recoil, i also like how he polishes the triggerguard so i no longer get blisters on my middle finger.

I'm not much of a Glock fan, but that is one sweet-looking 19!

I went with the medium texture on front and back then carry texture on sides.

The wait was over 2 months.

2 months sounds good. I think when I had my G19 done it was longer than that. I also did the medium texture all over but it doesn't seem as aggressive as yours. Maybe it's just been worn down a bit. If I have Ben do another I will probably get a more aggressive texture. I am not unhappy with what I have ... I LOVE IT. I would just try the grippier option next time.

I also notice you did the texture on the trigger guard and side flats. I recommend that as well to those sending something off to Ben. I didn't but wish I would have now. Looks great. I will try to take some pics of my 2 later and post for comparison.

Looks great! Now why can't Glock make them like that from the factory?

IDK if I am off topic for this thread but was wondering if anyone can compare the work of boresight solutions to Bowie Tactical Concepts?

The triggerguard and side flats was an extra 65$ which I thought was totally worth it..because if I hadn't had them done then in 3 months from now i am sure i would of wished I had

They both do great work but I don't think Boresight can be beat for cosmetics.

+1, I totally agree on that...the bordering really sets the pistol off and gives it a finished look.

You G19 is now perfect! Makes me want to get a G19 and send it to Ben. I got my M&Ps back from Ben a few months ago and I'd classify his work as friggin art.

That's fantastic work. Very professional looking and I'm sure it feels great in your hand.

I may have to send my Glock in for some of that.

Very nice! That's the first M&P I've seen on a magazine cover in a long long time. Good to get some exposure to the masses.

I've been telling Ben that everyone loves his work on the internet. If he wasn't so busy with orders, he would be able to see it himself!

If only Glocks would be that way out of the box.

Damn that is excellent work. Lot of hack jobs out there and that definitely isn't one of them
