Apparently the arms were for a Militant Cleric who planned on a violent overthrow of the elected government and the establishment of a radical Muslim authoritarian state based on Sharia Law…

Yes, every time I accidentally ship rocket launchers and grenades in a Conex marked "building supplies", it's a misunderstanding.

I guess if they had succeeded in overthrowing the government, that would have been a "faux pas", or a "boo-boo".
