Help with a build

I am looking to build an AR that I had seen in GWLE or Special Weapons for Military and Police. It was a fixed stock AR wih a Larue rail. It had a Noveske Pig brake that I think fit close to flush. Hoping someone remembers the article of more details on the rifle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks. I had found that article but I believe they used the same pic in more than one. Anyone have any idea the barrel/hand guard combo that is used on the fixed stock?
