Found this vid linked on another forum. It's hard for me to believe that this idiot hasn't been killed. It could also make a good CCW/situational awareness discussion. There is some rough language, so you may want to turn your volume down.

I think this video has been discussed here before.

 Must have been before my time... That would, however, explain why the driver didn't try to run over him.

No doubt. This would be a good shoot. The driver is stuck in traffic and there are no alternatives.
LEO's, if the dude in the car had taken the shot, would it of been a justified shoot?

As soon as he steps in front, step on the go pedal and keep it down until his last breath leaves him.

I remember this one. I don't remember anyone saying it was fake. Lady froze like a deer in the headlights. Tweaked out scumbags are real. Add a chip on the shoulder and you get total raunchy douche.

Maybe it isn't fake. Not sure where I read that.
More scary than that. . . . check this out, looking around at the U-tubes connected to the OP's: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7UEpO40PaeM
Now that is friggin scary!~
Legal shoot? In some States. I remember a case in Ft. Wayne, IN back in the early-mid '80s. Woman accidentally rear-ended a guy at a stoplight, guy got out of his car and began beating on the woman's car with a baseball bat. Woman unloaded her handgun on the guy when he smashed her driver's side window. Prosecutor's office called it a righteous shoot, no charges filed.
Knowing Vegas, that's probably a rental car. I don't know who would want to rent a PT cruiser, not me. I usually go for a camry or impala.
I think it would be best in this particular situation (especially with a camera involved) to mash outta there and flip the deductible instead of dealing with an out of state court case for the next year of my life. My opinion.
