Yep they are the shiznit. Changed the 3gun game immensely. I've been running one now for 2-3yrs. 1st one was made by one of the gunsmiths down at the AMU (Joe Harless), I got it from Daniel Horner and I used it on a 1.5-5x Leupold Vari-X III.
The current one I use now on my Burris XTR 1-4x is a Charles Drissel now distributed by 3gunstuff.com
I just ordered a Trijicon 1-4x TR24 and will be getting another Drissel one for it.

I used a Charles Drissel cat tail on this TR24 that I was T&E'ing this year and used it at the Quantico 3gun match this year.
I used it to take 1st civilian and 2nd overall at this match.

Agreed. I bought a Drissel unit for my TR-24G based on Robb's recommendation.

The cat tail is the cat's ass. :D

And many congrats to young Sgt Horner for his win at the 3Gun Nation shootoff! I'm so glad to see that $25,000 check go to such a fine young man. I was also quite happy to see him back safe and sound from Afghanistan :)

At 57 seconds going from 6x to 1x

Around 1 min mark in this stage. (this was the same stage shot on the second day of the match with more targets added and a shotgun portion added. I actually got first place at this match. The Saiga made a huge difference.

A stage a year before when my friend really wish he had a cat tail. His Meopta was in 4x from the previous target and he had to engage some close targets. The power adjustment on his Meopta is very stiff.

At around 58 seconds.
Poor guy had a horrible stage. Not just because of that but it did not help.
