I really like the concept of Rock River's UTE2 upper receiver. The fact that it has the built in sight but still has the flat-top height picatinny rail on the top. However, I'm not a big fan of the A2 sights or the forward assist. I was thinking of a new UTE type receiver but with A1 sights instead as well as removing the forward assist all together.
Does someone already make this? If not, could this potentially be made with an A1 forging?
