Extended mid-length rail/handguard with standard FSB? [Archive]

Hi all,

What options are available for an extended mid-length rail/handguard with standard FSB? The only two I can find are the Daniel Defense AR15 Lite Rail 12.0 FSPM and the Apex Machining Ext. Mid Length with Cutout. Anything else available that's good-to-go? Thanks.
