Brand new Mount-n-Slot Top Mount QD sling mount.

Well here is the newest thing from IWC. It is the Top Mount - Mount-n-Slot QD mount. While I have had the regular QD mount for a while now and love it, I feel it gets a little close to my support hand. Luckily Earl and the folks at IWC never stop thinking of ways to make their stuff work better for us. This new mount as, everything IWC makes is packaged in their awesome (best in the biz) packaging with everything you need for install, including tools and instructions. The piece is extremely nicely and very thoughfully machined, also just as everything else I have seen from IWC. It is lightweight and moves the sling into a better location IMO and freeing up more space on the already cramped MOE handguard. It also limits sling rotation. Another home run for IWC IMO.

Yes you can insert a qd swivel any way you want.

It looks like there typical quality workmanship, but it's within an inch of where my existing QD mount from them is already, I don't see the utility. ?

Looks like another great product from Earl and the IWC gang! It always amazes me how fast they can conceive, design and bring a new product to market - very agile.

True it only moves it slightly further back than the old qd mount, but IMO that is just enough. I like the way the rifle hangs a bit better with it as well. No it's not on the site yet. I have connections :) Should be there soon. Yes it has an anti rotation feature.
