Can you help ID this mag holster setup?

Please look at 1:48 of this video. Does anyone know what mag holster setup that is? I would really like to get something solid and similar to this.

In the vid he mentioned Tek-Lok which is a mounting solution that Blade-Tech uses. I have a quad-mag 1911 rig from that company that works great.

My personal preference is Tek-Lok over the standard loops/spacers. It locks in solid and won't migrate around your belt unless you move it.

I like that Brokos system the ability to mount molle and belt mounted pouches and holsters is a great design.

Sorry I actually was trying to ask what is the triple m4/pistol mag pouch shown at 1:48?

Closest I can think of is the Condor Kangaroo triple pouch. It however has bungee's and flaps for the pistols mags.
